Kemp Independent School District Athletic Director and Head Football Coach BJ Rider was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 23.

According to the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office website, Rider was arrested on Wednesday by Kemp ISD Police and booked into the Kaufman County Detention Center at 8:20 p.m.
