Kemp seeks state grant for six Flock cams

Body Kemp City Council voted Feb. 10 to seek a state criminal justice grant through the governor’s office which would pay for six Flock-brand cameras to monitor vehicular and pedestrian traffic, according to Kemp Police Chief Curtis Kaloi.
