Lowe’s Home Improvement store broke ground at King’s Fort in Kaufman on Wednesday, July 16. On hand were Kaufman Mayor Jeff Jordan and city council members, the Kaufman EDC, Kaufman Chamber, Lowe’s representatives, construction stuff and realtors, along with members of the Kaufman Lion Band and dancers. The home goods store is estimated to open in August 2026.
