Urso named ‘Teacher of the Year’ at SDSU banquet

Body Phil Urso, originally from Scurry, now in Brookings, SD, was honored during the CAFES Prexy Council Ag Week banquet last week at South Dakota State University. The banquet is part of a week full of student-run events celebrating all things agriculture.

Kaufman BBQ Team headed to State

Body The Kaufman High School BBQ Team is headed to State for the first time in the school’s history. They will head off to compete against 118 other schools from across the state at Burnet High School on Friday, May 1 with the competition set to take place on Saturday, May 2.

Kaufman ISD names Teachers of the Year
