Kemp appoints new Police Chief

Body The City of Kemp announced the appointment of Curtis Kaloi as their new Chief of Police on Tuesday, June 3. The appointment was effective May 27 and Chief Kaloi takes over after the departure of Former Chief Ernie Zepada, who joined another agency.
