Kemp softball falls in mercy-rule loss

Body By Bodey Cooper news@kaufmanherald.com The Kemp Lady Yellowjackets softball team fell at home against the Lindale Lady Eagles on Friday, March 27. Lindale wrapped up the victory in four innings as they plated double digits in an 18-2 win over Kemp.

Kaufman girls fall to Ennis in district play

Body By Bodey Cooper news@kaufmanherald.com The Kaufman Lady Lions softball squad fell to the Ennis Lady Lions in district play on the road on Friday, March 27. A rough second and third inning sank Kaufman as they fell to Ennis, 12-1.

Wildcats struggle in loss to Zebras

Body The Scurry-Rosser Wildcats baseball team struggled offensively against the Grandview Zebras at home on Thursday, March 19. A third-inning outburst from the Zebras led them to victory as they won 13-1.

Lions claw Panthers in district play

Body The Kaufman Lions baseball squad took down the Midlothian Panthers in their district home game on Friday, March 20. Kaufman used a strong start on their way to an 8-5 victory over Midlothian.
