Kemp City Council approves EDC forgivable loan

Body Kemp City Council voted Dec. 9 to approve an action of the Kemp Economic Development Corp. (EDC) to provide a forgivable loan not to exceed $35,000 to Providence Equipment to assist the retail operation locate a store on the eastern edge of town along U.S.
