Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office took part in National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 7. Deputies joined residents across the county to promote community partnerships and strengthen relationships between law enforcement and neighborhoods. National Night Out is an annual event that encourages neighbors to come together to prevent crime and build safer communities.
Members of a local 4-H Club were on hand at the Kaufman County Commissioners’ Court meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 30. Members provided breakfast for the commissioners and Judge Jakie Allen proclaimed Oct. 5-11 as 4-H week.
The Kemp Lady Yellowjackets honored their two seniors, Miranda Limon and Emma Johns before their game on Friday, Oct. 10 against Lindale at Kemp High School.
