The Texas State Comptroller’s Office encourages all taxpayers to support Texas businesses while saving money on tax-free purchases on most clothing, footwear, school supplies and backpacks (sold for less than $100.00) during the Annual Tax-Free weekend.

The final week of the East Texas Tennis Circuit wrapped up this past weekend. The final tournament was held at Wills Point, featuring doubles only. A few Kaufman athletes elected to compete in the event.

Spectrum, the No. 1 rural internet provider in the nation, announced the launch of Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV and Voice services to more than 3,100 rural homes and small businesses across Kaufman County, including the communities of Mabank and Terrell.
