Graduates from Texas Connections Academy, a fulltime, tuition-free online public school for students in grades 3-12, celebrated their achievements in front of family and friends at the NRG Stadium in Houston on Friday, June 6.

The Humane Society of Cedar Creek Lake (HSCCL) is seeking dedicated volunteers to support our mission to promote the humane treatment of animals through care, education, and advocacy. Volunteering is a meaningful way to make a difference in the lives of animals in need. We welcome assistance with our Saturday adoption events, as well as general help around the shelter during the week. In addition, we are in urgent need of foster volunteers to provide short-term homes for dogs as they adjust and prepare for adoption.
