The Lions boys’ and girls’ teams has been successful for nearly 20 years as they’ve won 16 straight district championships with the girls’ team and the boys’ team securing 16 or the last 17 district titles.
news@kaufmanherald.com The Kaufman Lady Lions volleyball squad have their sights set on making it back to the postseason and collecting some wins in the process in 2025. Kaufman snuck into the playoffs last season with a 1627 overall finish, but finishing an even 7-7 in district play to take the fourth and final playoff spot.

The Pirates had a strong start last year as they came out of the gates on fire, firing off six straight wins, including their first three district contests over Mesquite Poteet, Corsicana and Kaufman.
news@kaufmanherald.com The Crandall Lady Pirates volleyball team is seeking a return to their winning ways after missing the playoffs for the last three seasons under new Head Coach Courtney Posey. A rough start and rough finish to district play sank any playoff hopes for the Lady Pirates last year.
