At the monthly school board meeting held on Feb. 13, the Board of Trustees approved a contract for real property. The contract outlines a bid on the Country Bible Church property, which will be vacated later this year. While there was one motion to abstain from Vice President Christine Borders, the motion still passed.
Board members also approved a general election to be held on May 6. The election will be held jointly with governmental jurisdictions. Board members Casey Townsend and Drew Peterson will be up for reelection in May.
