The ban on outdoor bring adopted by Kaufman County commissioners two weeks ago has been rescinded.
With conditions no longer warranting a ban after more than a week of rains, County Fire Marshal Randy Richards said he thinks the county is probably safe to rescind it. And he added that most officials with whom he has spoken agree.
