Betty Fisher Curbo

Betty Fisher Curbo, age 84 passed away in Kaufman, TX on Sunday, October 23, 2022.

Betty, born the daughter of Fred and Ellene Fisher on July 24, 1938, in Meade, KS.

She married Delbert Lee Curbo on March 3, 1956. Their two children Duane and Tonia were born and raised in Euless, TX. In 1984, Deb and Betty moved to Kaufman, TX.

Survivors include Duane and Kathryn Curbo of Kaufman TX, Allen and Tonia Fontaine of McKinney TX. She was blessed with Grandchildren, Travis Curbo, Jessica Curbo, Trevor Curbo, Coby Fontaine and Jon Fontaine. Four Great Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her husband Delbert Lee Curbo, her parents Fred & Ellene Fisher and brothers Jack and Jerry Fisher and 10 in laws.

Betty loved crocheting, needlework, playing cards, music, watching sports and all animals. She was a member of the Poetry United Methodist Church Terrell, TX. She spent many years supporting Kaufman FFA, hosting at Wagon Wheel restaurant and worked at Kaufman ISD as a bus driver before retiring.

She was laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery in Meade, KS beside her beloved husband at 10:00 A. M on November 6, 2022.
