Homecoming Queen

Natalie Lopez was crowned Kaufman High School's homecoming queen during a ceremony held Sept. 18.

Kaufman held its homecoming ceremony at halftime during its game against Alvarado on Sept. 18., during which freshman, sophomore, and junior homecoming princesses, along with senior homecoming queen nominees, were escorted onto the football field by their parents one by one, where they awaited the announcement of who earned the title of homecoming queen.

Homecoming princesses included freshman Reagan Crow and Malorie Salazar, sophomores Isabella Cruz and Litzy Mendoza, and juniors Paige Garmon and Elizabeth Clark.

Senior homecoming queen nominees included Saydee Gutierrez, Elaine Frosch, Ellie Galan, and Natalie Lopez.

Cheers and instruments rang out, and bright lights strobed across the stadium as homecoming queen winner Natalie Lopez was crowned. Her parents joined her in this special moment.
