Cooking Well For Healthy Blood Pressure is a cooking school designed to help those concerned about high blood pressure and anyone who prepares meals for them. 

This series of three interactive classes is full of research-based information and healthy recipes. Cooking demonstrations are included with each class and lots of recipes, helpful hints and giveaways. There is no charge.

It will be held on Thursdays, Nov. 1, 15 and 29 at 2 p.m., with special prizes for those who attend all three classes. A second series will be held on Tuesdays, Nov. 27 and Dec. 4 and 11.

It will be held in the second floor H.E.L.P. Education Classroom at Kaufman Presbyterian Hospital THR.
